The impeccable care and attention provided by Giorgio, the host, ensured my parents' comfort at every step, from arranging a shuttle to anticipating their needs. the provision of ironing facilities in the room was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to always look our best during our explorations of Rome's historic streets. the efficient heating and air conditioning offered respite from the varying Roman weather, creating a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. the in-room tea and coffee facilities, complete with an electric kettle, added a homely touch, perfect for unwinding in the evening. the attention to detail in providing free toiletries, alongside the modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, enhanced our overall experience, blending contemporary comfort seamlessly with Italian charm. With proximity to charming dining options like Voglia Di Pane and La Bonta Del Pane, the hotel's location was ideal for savoring authentic Italian cuisine just steps away. Overall, Vatican Steps not only met but exceeded my stringent criteria for a truly exceptional stay in the heart of Rome.
